Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or accessing any Digital APIR product, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our products.

What You're Buying

Digital APIR products are browser-based digital tools delivered via a token-gated access link. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the tool for your own business marketing purposes.

All tools are delivered digitally. There is no physical product. Access is provided via a unique link sent to the email address used at checkout.

Permitted Use

• Use the tool for your own business or personal marketing
• Generate output and use it in your own marketing materials
• Access the tool on any personal device using your access link

Prohibited Use

• Sharing, reselling, or redistributing your access link to others
• Using the tool to generate output for resale as a service to clients
• Reverse engineering, copying, or reproducing the tool's code or logic
• Attempting to bypass or circumvent the token access system
• Using the tool in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

Violation of these terms will result in immediate revocation of access without refund.

Intellectual Property

All Digital APIR tools, code, copy, and brand assets are the intellectual property of Tataypreneur. You own the output you generate using the tools. You do not own the tool itself, its underlying logic, or any part of its code.

No Guarantees on Results

Digital APIR tools are designed to help you produce better marketing output faster. We do not guarantee any specific business results, revenue outcomes, or performance metrics from using our tools. Results depend on how you use the output, your market, your offer, and many other factors outside our control.

Tool Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep tools accessible. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any tool with reasonable notice. Updates that improve the tool are provided at no additional cost.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital APIR and Tataypreneur shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be handled in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tataypreneur operates.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Digital APIR products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
