We stand behind every Digital APIR tool. If you purchased a tool and it genuinely doesn't work as described, we'll make it right. Email us within 7 days of purchase and we'll either fix the issue or issue a full refund — no runaround.
All Digital APIR products are digital tools delivered instantly upon purchase. Because access is granted immediately and the product is fully usable from the moment of delivery, we generally do not offer refunds simply due to a change of mind.
We do honor refunds in the following situations:
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of your purchase date. Requests submitted after 7 days will not be eligible for a refund except in cases of billing errors.
